My client based in Germany is URGENTLY searching for 3x Desktop and Laptop Support leads for a rolling 3-6 month contract,
Skills:-
* Expert knowledge and hands-on desktop support for hardware and software problems on desktop and laptops
* Expert knowledge supporting a blended Windows and MAC environments, including common user applications
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007 or later, Outlook in and Exchange Environment, Internet Explorer, basic hardware issues, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices both in person and remotely
* Experience troubleshooting LAN, server and connectivity issues
* Experience utilizing a ServiceNow for incidents and requests
* Working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations and software
* Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing device and software
* Provide support and troubleshooting service to VIP remote users
* Administrate MS Active Directory accounts and groups
* Provide remote printer troubleshooting and support
* Vendor coordination and service level management experience.
* Understanding of best practices, with respect to security and compliance.
* Experience authoring and updating technical documentation.
* Knowledge of new and emerging technologies

* German speaker is BONUS,
Contract:-
Start - Immediate,
Location - West Germany,
Rate - Depending on experience,
