Task:- in case of new or changed requirements consultation of project / delivery teams at requirement definition, cost-benefit calculation form an operational perspective
- monitoring and coordination of KPIs according to service level agreements
- ensuring documentation requirements ; i.e. "Betriebshandbuch" (completeness, updates)
- providing advice and consultancy to projects or delivery units regarding operations / application administration aspects
- analysis, review and approval of change requests
Requirements (Must have):
- strong practical experience in admistration and operation management of complex applications in production environments (Unix, Websphere Application Server, Webserver).
- strong practical experience in monitoring and coordination of system performance and stability in production environments; initiation, coordination and escalation of corrective measures.
- experience in coordination of consultation and operation tasks between different operations teams and development teams.
- strong practical experience in second level support at problem and error analysis and the design of corrective measures.
- responsibility for coordination and execution of the implementation of applications in production (go-live; releases)
- Sprachen: German (Business fluent); English (basic)
