We are currently looking for a "IT Process and Strategy Consultant (m/f)" for our customer from the energy industry with the following basic conditions:Location: Düsseldorf
Start: asap
Duration: 2 months+
Workload: 100% onsite 20% remote
Tasks:
• responsible for data source analyzation, data gathering and dashboard building incorporating multiple IT asset KPIs
• take over status reporting to senior management and presentation of project results
• IT Assets, in scope of this responsibility include:
• Help Desk Information (Incidents and password service)
• Services of MS O365 (OneDrive usage, etc.)
• Data Center Assets (Server, Storage, Network Components, others)
• Client Assets (Desktop PCs, Laptops, Mobile Phones)
• Client Software Installations & Software Licences
