Senior Project Managers are required by our Czech/Slovak client, a leading telecom provider. They're now looking for an accomplished professional who has a strong interest in Sanity checks for all OMS systems (DE, NL, UK)
Your experience will include:
Identification and fixing of errors in OMS systems
Monitoring and processing of ServiceNow tickets (incidents, changes, problems)
Communication to Business and consulting on new solutions or existing processes
Support in tests on SAP systems
Reporting of current status in daily operational calls
Monthly reporting on key measurements
7/24 h support on call support.
