Deployment and System Operation Manager require to join Operation Group, to define the EU deployment and system operation team which have ownership of EU Servers and EU all local modules. Working closely with a talented team of engineers and business development managers, we are looking for a passionate individual who has a deep curiosity about emerging technologies such as human behavior and artificial intelligence.
Role
- Setup and Lead the deployment and system operation team for all EU local modules and EU Servers
- Manage and arrange deployment schedule of EU local modules.
- Proactively communicate and work with each development team across Europe to deploy each EU local module within all environments (Production, Staging etc)
- Lead and manage the system operation (Cloud(AWS/GCP) infrastructure setup & management, Optimising infrastructure architecture, Incident Management, Capacity Planning, Monitoring of System, Database Operation, Managing Logging System and Monitoring System, System Security management)
- Manage the performance of Server Platform & Engine
- Communicate and work closely with Head Office DevOps Team and other region Operations and Deployment Teams to share the experience and knowledge of system operation and deployment of Servers
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of BS in Computer Science or related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience working as System engineer and manager based on Cloud(AWS) and Servers
- Knowledge of operation framework such as ITIL
- Working Knowledge of change management, incident management and problem management
- Experience with (cloud based) Infrastructure Architecture
- Experience with server operation(OS) and network
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc)
- Experience and Knowledge using devops technologies of application based on Java, Python, RestAPI, etc
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
