Business Analyst
Business Analyst - We are seeking a Business Analyst that will be responsible for:
* gathering, analysing and documenting the requirements of internal and external customers
* definition of functional designs on the basis of the previously collected requirements for the systems in which the requirements will be implemented
* alignment of the functional design with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
* contribute to the definition of test cases and test designs
* provide functional steer to the teams responsible for the software design and build
* involved in PreSales activities for Request for Proposal (RfP) and Request for Information (RfI) processes.
* support incident management as an expert at the 3rd level.
You must also need to be fluent English and German
