Job Description:
We are looking for resources to support IT Infrastructure operations (eg 1st, 2nd, 3rd level IT support, Server and Landscape and Data center operations) which maintain SAP's ongoing business operation/business continuity. Hardware and software maintenance (break/fix, upgrades, etc.) is NOT included!
Infrastructure specific Services: Network and Telecommunication Specialists, Storage-, Server-, SAP Basis -Operation Specialists, Client Technology Field Support, IT Helpdesk, IT NON-SAP Product Specialists, IT Security
