For our client located nearby Nuremberg, we are looking for a IT Service Manager (m/w).
Aufgaben:
- Ensuring the SLAs as well as the operational availability
- Provision of required reports
- Change Request management including effort estimation, risk assessment, prioritization and task creation
- Technical problem management
- Coordination of error fixing and emergency maintenance
- Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
Skills:
- Handling of complex, operational IT-Services
- Understanding the IT-Service approach based on ITIL, especially in IT Service-Support, IT-Service Delivery,
Lifecycle-Processes
- Infrastructures within heterogenic environments; High-Availability solutions, Virtualization technologies
- Comprehension of multi-layer, Middleware-based applications with high user involvement (J2EE, ESB, SOA)
- Distinct communication skills
- Management-Tools, Middleware, DB, Operating Systems, IT-Architecture, Backup/Recovery, Monitoring, IT-
Security, Network technologies, etc.
