Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
The project is part of a program which consists of the following projects/workstreams:
Platform Build and Transition
Transformation
Decommissioning
The Client is looking for external support with relevant experience in the following areas:
Life Insurance
End-to-End process design for life insurances
Insurance Migrations
Supplier management and control during a build phase (especially IBM and MSG)
PMO setup and support
Business Transformation in Life Insurance
IT Transformation
Anforderungen:
4 -10+ years experience in complex program delivery (technology, large scale vendor, business transformation)4
-International experience with practical knowledge of overseas trends and best practice for large scale complex technical and business transformation programs
-10+ years experience in Wealth Management Life insurance industries
-300+ mill program experience
-10+ years experience in setting up and managing “lean and smart” PMOs
-Master scheduler Expertise
-Prepared to roll sleeves up and develop joint plan with team and vendor
-Works with Enterprise PMO to define and meet governance and reporting requirements
