We are looking for anIT Infrastructure Project Manager m/f
Location: Germany/Netherlands/Belgium + Remote (40 % / 40 % / 20 %)
Start: April 2018
Duration: 18 months (9 months 100 %, 9 months 50 %)
Tasks:
• Fulfills technical objectives according to the project plan (quality of results, deadlines and costs)
• Project planning and steering on defined project tasks
• Coordinates plans with responsible persons
• Procures and staffs activities delivered by external providers
• Manages technical IT project team members (assignment of tasks, deadline monitoring, organizational
measures, vacation and absence planning, feedback)
• Ensures communication with and between the project employees and providers
• Adheres to company-specific rules/standards in project work
• Communication and decision-making in the technical IT area
• Determines project-specific tasks/responsibilities/competencies for IT sub-project managers
(Infrastructure) as needed
Technical Requirements/Tasks:
• Separation, Rebranding and Data Extraction of Mailboxes
• Separation of Network (Domain, Firewall, Network topology)
• Ensure technical access in network (Certificate, Token, AD Groups ..)
• Data extraction / -handover for non-application data e.g. Sharepoint, file-drives
• Decommissioning of HW (Printer, Computers, Telephones, Network components)
Competencies:
• Submitting change requests
• Functional power to issue instructions and place orders with other IT areas
• Substantive commissioning of third parties within IT area (e.g. external companies)
• Justified refusal/veto of changes to the project plan
• Experienced project management (class A) and Uniper-process skills
