We are currently looking for an “Problem Manager (m/f)“ for our customer in the telecommunications sector with the following specifications:Start: asap
Duration: 9 months +
Workload: 100%
Location: Düsseldorf/ Ratingen
Your tasks:
- Problem Management for ticketing system (Remedy)
- Identifying and analysing tickets (Root Cause Analysis)
- Monitoring of Service-Level-Agreement (SLA)
Your skills:
- 3-5 years of experiences in Problem Management
- Good knowledge of root cause analysis and permanent solution
- General technical background, especially of Linux & Windows OS
- Experience in working with System Intergrators like Huawei
- Proactive way of working (to optimise services)
- Business fluency in English. German skills are of advantage
- Good knowledge of ITIL standards (for Problem Management) is of advantage
- Experience with Remedy Ticket System or similar is also advantageous
- Exposure to Money transfer /Banking is a plus
