OSS - Transformation/Architect/Designer based in Nuremburg, Germany.
We have an opening for OSS either a Transformation consultant or Architect or Designer.
OSS Transformation consultant:
Work with customer architects to define the optimised transition path from As-Is to To-Be architecture.
This will involve helping customer in identifying As-Is and defining To-Be and the transition architectures.
The architectures have to be defined bearing in mind that IMS needs to be operationalised on a hybrid architecture (PNFs and VNFs)
OSS Architect:
Though we are responsible for only the southbound solution, customer expects Prime Integrator (PI) to review all the designs e2e
Review HLD from different layers delivered by customer or VNF/NFVO vendors
Review design decisions, identify gaps in solution and missing support systems using experience from previous implementations
Feedback to customer Solution Architecture team on the relevant documents (Functional Target Architecture, Migration Concept, HLD)
Evaluate the right Automation Solution, Architecture & Design Modelling
Provide consultancy to define an Automation Framework
Help in preparing a list of KPI definitions and thresholds, to be used to benchmark the VNF suppliers
Architecture governance ensure PoC & Greenfield solutions conform to the architectural concept defined by the customer
OSS Designer:
Update the Requirements and Documentation based on the findings in PoC for the next following Greenfield phase, and even the later RfQ phase
Document the improvements identified in PoC and feedback to the customer Solution Architecture team
Define first version of interface model during Greenfield phase to integrate the new IMS to Legacy/new OSS (domains involved fulfilment, assurance and mediation)
Define second version of interface model during Livenet phase to integrate the new IMS to Legacy/new OSS (all domains)
