Dear all,for our client in Cologne we are seeking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master (m/f).
Tasks:
• Managing the project plans, tasks and work assignement
• Controlling of financials incl. Invoicing to customer/ from supplier; profit & loss
• Reporting on achievements of the project targets in terms of scope/timeline and quality
• Prepares presentation of overall status and deliverables and respective reports.
• Responsible for the maintenance of minutes and open issue lists
• Responsible for the backlog management and sprint scope in line with the overall project portfolio needs
• Ensuring complete development and product documentation
• Ensuring that all documentation is stored on SharePoint/Jira
• Responsible for the Risk/ issue management and mitigation plans and actions
• Responsible to defined quality metrics and ensure high quality product development
• Drive the continues improvement of processes and standards in the project (lessons learnt)
Skills:
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Knowledge of Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket
• Knowlegde of MS Project
• Advanced English and German (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of project methodologies in theory and practice (PMI)
• Experience in Agile Software development
• Sound analytical skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work in an international and virtual setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong integrative mind-set
• Proactive can-do attitude to ensure progress and transparency
• High engagement and responsibility for assigned tasks, actions
Workload:
• parttime (60 man days)
