Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,aktuell suche ich für unseren Kunden externe Projektunterstützung in folgendem Umfeld:
ITIL Process Manager (m/f) with 2nd Level Support
Standort: Wolfsburg
Projektstart: asap
Projektende: 31.01.2019
Projektdauer: 12 Projektmonate
Mögli. Verlängerung: ja
Tasks:
- Analysis and resolution of application related issues to ensure optimal performance and
usability for the various system users
- Providing the solution within the SLA. Also for Priority 1 &2 incidents providing root cause
analysis with recommendations for improvements though problem ticket
- communicating with user accordingly and provide them feedback periodically
Skills:
- work experience in the software application support project (AMS) (Level 2 support)
- Familiar with ticketing tool like HPSC 2
- Knowledge of ITIL process of incident, service request, problem ticket and change ticket
resolution process
- Experience in understanding of ticket priority and communicating with user accordingly and
provide them feedback periodically
- Knowledge of logistics, order management, planning, business process in automotive
manufacturing organization will be preferred
- experience with .NET, MySQL
- experience with Java, Oracle11g-12c
- experience with MSBI, MS Analysis Service, OLAP, Gentia
- experience with Mainframe, Cobol, DB2, JCL
- experience with Tomcat, RVS, Unix, Windows Server
