Stellenbeschreibung: Desktop Support /2nd level support/ Deskside, responsible for maintenance of end-user equipment and services.Working with senior IT engineers on complex technical issues. â?¢ Support a diverse group of energetic users with varying levels of technical expertise and requirementsâ?¢ Provide remote support to end-usersâ?¢ Maintain Windows Desktops, focusing on functionality, end user experience, and efficient problem resolutionâ?¢ Install & troubleshoot end user equipment including: o Computer hardware, Peripherals, Installed software & Insurance applications, Mob devices (Blackberryâ??s,IOS), Desk phones, Hybrid Devices(Surface proâ??s..etc), Printers (MFDâ??s)â?¢ Document and perform knowledge transfer of service desk tasksâ?¢ Perform tasks related to onboarding and termination including account creation and access authorization based on provided policyâ?¢ Manage and monitor the IT Service Desk ticket queueâ?¢ Perform hardware and software upgradesErforderlich: Qualifications: 3-5 yearsâ?? experience with the following:â?¢ Microsoft end-user technologies including: o Windows 7 64 bit Operating Systemo Microsoft Office Suite 2010â?¢ Hardware/Software and Remote Support Support including: § Imaging and automated deployment of Windows 7 with SCCM§ Conference room equipment management§ Encryption/Antivirus Apps administration§ Remote Support, VPN & RSA Tokens§ Upgrading PC hardwareâ?¢ End-user technologies including: o Lotus Notes and Outlook Email Cliento Encryption Tools Like Sophoso Deployment Tools like SCCMo Antivirus Management Tools like SEP cliento Ticketing Tools like Remedy or Service-nowPersonal Qualifications: § Strong customer service focus with a genuine desire to assist§ Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills§ Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving§ Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences§ Ability to lift 40 lbs.Wünschenswert: German (Advantage)English (Mandatory!)
