Deskside Support/SN Responsibility We are looking for Support specialists, who can work in different locations and support our customer in IT transition process.Responsibilities include:* conducting of a smooth transition of services from current incumbent to the service provider company; including Knowledge Transfer and creating Knowledge Articles for support.*Upon successful completion of transition, responsible and accountable for supporting, maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure and devices including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, Audio & Visual equipment in customerâ??s office premises.*Candidate must be flexible to travel to other locations within country & Europe. Might require travelling to remote offices within country for supporting customerâ??s infrastructure when required.

Erforderlich:
* Understanding of IT infrastructure* Ability to understand basic network infrastructure* Good understanding of Microsoft Windows OS family* Ability to troubleshoot desktop, laptops, printers, WiFi and Audio Visual devices* Knowledge of image deployment on desktop and laptops* Experience of working on application deployment tools such as SCCM / Altiris* Basic understanding of desktop and laptop configuration* Basic understanding of network devices like cisco switch and routers* Understanding of VPN setup* Experience of working with different vendors * Knowledge of MS Office and other standard software* Proficiency in one of the following languages: German/English/French/Polish

* Microsoft certifications* DELL / HP Hardware certifications* Scripting knowledge* ITIL processes and framework knowledge
