We are looking for a highly skilled freelance QA & Testing Manager (m/f), to join a global company in the banking sector. If you're an experienced professional seeking the opportunity to work on thrilling cutting edge technology, we may have the perfect role for you.What will you be doing?
A global organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced freelance QA & Testing Manager (m/f). As QA & Testing Manager (m/f), you will be responsible for define testing strategy, scope and methodologies.
Tasks:
- Define testing strategy, scope and methodologies
- Analyse business functional & non-functional requirement
- writing test cases
- Ensure requirements coverage / test objective is met
- Ensure preparation of test environments (test data, environment & test user set-up ….)
- Organise and track SIT and UAT testing ((defect) reviews meetings, status reports, …)
- Oversee and provide guidance to testing specialists and development team (fixes, prority,…)
- Agree on approval criteria for deployment/ deployment processes with stakeholders
- Act as escalation point to the Project Manager
- Manage the working relationship with 3rd party team members
- Identify team training requirements and provide mentoring to team members
What skills should you have?
- Experience in testing and/or leading test teams
- Experience with HR SaaS applications for Deferred Compensation and Reward
- Experience with HR processes for deferred (optional)
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Valid working permit for EU
