Task description
• Overhauling the Identity and Access Management system for employees, contractors, partners, guests from a bespoke solution to a SailPoint-based solution
• Analyze, adapt, design, optimize IAM processes together with business &IT
• Steer supplier for technical implementation
• Communicate changes to the business
• Support integration of changed IAM processes/tools in IT landscape

Qualifications
• Deep knowledge of IAM systems
• Experience with large IAM projects and in analyzing & optimizing IAM-related business & technical processes
• Architectural capabilities
• Know-how of SailPoint IdentityIQ
• High communication and presentation skills
