Für einen ausländischen Telefonprovider suche ich einen IT-Support/Engineer Mitarbeiter der sich mit bestimmten Telefonsystemen auskennt.Da sehr gutes Englisch vorausgesetzt wird ist die Projektbeschreibung in Englisch.
Projektdauer: 6 bis 9 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung
Projektstandort: Düsseldorf
Start: Mitte Oktober bis Mitte November
Project:
Ensure that the customer satisfaction levels are high at all times during the project.
Good command of English and German.
Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 experience.
Experience in General Telecommunications, IT Networks, ISDN and Microsoft etc.
Installation works description.
We will provide installation and engineering training on the specific Mitel product, which is the Mitel MiVoice 250.
We have asked for experience in the Mitel MCD/3300. But this is a different platform, but the grounding in Mitel will be of great assistance when we are training them on this specific Mitel platform.
If required conduct a preliminary survey of the site to asses location of Comms cabinets, ISDN Line into building etc.
Attend site and fit and mount the system into the required comms cabinet.
Connect the system to the local ISDN lines.
Role out the required IP Phones to the desks.
Ensure that Diacom have full remote access to the Mitel phone system for remote support and programming.
Role out Desk Top CTI Applications if these are being deployed on site.
We will provide full remote support and assistance during all installations and will provide.
Softphone Client for Laptop.
