Created in 2005 to bring about a digital evolution of the insurance industry, starting with the processing of insurance claims, our client is now active in nearly over 80 countries across six continents.

Position Title: Sales Back Office
Position Type: Permanent

Mission?: Complete general office and assistance tasks, in particular organization and control of commercial and project-related activities for sales and sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management
- Customer support (phone / writing)
- Order processing, processing and checking of cancellations, contract offers and complaints
- Planning and coordination of smaller customer events or support of large customer events, mailing activities, road shows
- Project assistance with sales management
- Provision of system information of the house, creation and maintenance of statistics / reporting for the head of sales and sales representatives
Experience, skills and qualification:
- 3-year commercial experience, in a back office, administrative, or customer related role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Team player with a proactive, accountable work ethic
- Native German and fluent English
