Job description
• Solution design and data modeling
• Coordination of new development, customizations and interface changes with vendor
• Define standards and requirements for IT Security
• Test and validate inbound / outbound data interfaces
• Consult and align with development teams in feasibility analysis and effort estimates for project Management
• Communicate with vendor and HR Business counterparts on above
• Ensure alignment of the projects with the client’s future IT strategy

Qualifications
• Experience with HR SaaS applications for reward, deferred compensation and learning management
• Ability to develop conceptual artefacts of data modelling and security
• Analyze business requirements and work with vendor and HR partners to define solution
• Data ware housing / analytics / reporting technology experience
• Know-how with SQL, Java , J2EE Technology, Oracle / SAP Hana
• Excellent team worker
• Proficient English language and communication skills (written/verbal)
