SAP P2P Consultant
As the SAP P2P Consultant onsite you will be responsible for supporting the procurement-to-pay business processes in SAP including requirements definition, data integrity, testing, training, and reporting.
In order to join this successful project you will need in-depth knowledge of SAP-MM, FI, CO and associated business process. You will be expected to collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and resolve business issues and drive innovative solutions; helping ensure that quality customer service is provided to SAP systems and their associated business processes. You must also have the ability to execute configuration troubleshooting independently. As this project is ongoing you will be joining the project during the build & test phase.
Principal Accountabilities
Work with subject-matter-experts to identify and define user requirements, and translate them to functional specifications
Provide functional knowledge on SAP-MM, FI, CO and associated business processes
Perform configuration analysis and updates across SAP-MM, FI, CO module
Ability to resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions
Develop functional specifications and guide the development of those programs within the development team
Work closely with the Technology team to provide functional support
Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents; track and monitor incidents throughout the life cycle within the project-environment
Collaborates as needed with SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis
Facilitates interactions and escalations with appropriate groups (eg project team and BAU team)
Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes
Able to travel to client sites within central Europe for workshops, trainings etc.
Qualifications:
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience working with SAP MM, FI, CO as a functional consultant
Experience working on or supporting two or more Full Life Cycle SAP R3 implementations in the above mentioned modules
Strong communication and presentation skills in German (preferred) as well as in English and the ability to work in a team and matrixed environment.
