Role Description:
The solution architect is responsible for delivering business value to customers by architecting effective information systems solutions that address the customer's business problems, needs and opportunities. Have knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools and understand how to apply this knowledge to successfully deliver customer projects. Collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs in order to facilitate the definition and development of the solution. Strong supporters of the professional development framework for their profession and use the knowledge and best practice derived from their professional associations to the benefit of their customers. Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of these solutions.
Project Details:
Proof of Concept: Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) combined with HPE Cloud Mechanisms
Goal of this PoC is to demonstrate how a VDI infrastructure can be ordered, provisioned, run, deprovisioned and canceled via a self-service portal. While the self-service portal and all other cloud components are implemented by HPE, we need support in the field of VDI and ADFS.
ADFS: How can the AD from the Cloud-PoC be linked to the customer's AD Which components have to be installed where (Identity provider, ADFS server) and which certificates are needed and where do they reside (Netscaler)

- Architecture Design Skill (Netscaler, Delivery Controller, StoreFront, etc). for Users
- Profile/Environment-Management, Windows Profile Management
