TechOps ISRM Manager, Einsatz an 3 Standorten, ab Oktober bis Ende März 2018Onsite in Unterach (Österreich) /Rudolstadt (Deutschland) und onsite in Wehr/Marburg (Deutschland)
Tätigkeit:
Information inventory management (including identification of the classification of the information types)
Supporting completion of eClassifications in IT projects.
Operationally providing IGM guidance, consultation and direction to IT teams.
Supports the creation of and reviews relevant IT or business function Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they meet IGM requirements.
Takes responsibility for ensuring that validation / qualification of the IT systems is compliant with Novartis quality manual and IGM Control Framework. Operationally for projects this is performed by the supporting PQM.
Guidance and support in the remediation after assessments, audits or other activities that identified a control gap.
Guidance and support for IT teams in their GxP compliance related activities and initiatives.
IGM exception management process (i.e. being responsible for approving exceptions within the TechOps Site organisation).
Deployment of Global and Local IGM awareness campaigns.
Responsibility for ensuring Information and IT Risk Management.is robustly implemented.
Support or coordination in the roll-out of Global IGM efforts.
Support and facilitation of both internal audits and assessments related to IT compliance, information / IT security and information management and in addition external health care audits and customer audits where applicable.
Provide direction, consultation and support in IGM relevant aspect of records management activities.
Facilitate IGM Community within the TechOps Site organisation.
Ensures usage of the methodology, tools and templates provided by Global IGM.
Ensures that key aspects of the Global IGM strategy and key IGM communication get communicated and distributed within the TechOps Site organisation.
Effectively guides and follows up with the records managers on the appropriate execution of records management.
Identifies threats to information (and information systems) and evaluates how vulnerable information is to these threats.
Organizes, participates to and/or facilitates information and IT risk committees.
Provides advice and guidance regarding information and IT risk; recommends how to treat the risk and where relevant proposes actions to avoid, remediate or mitigate the risk.
Coordinates information risk mitigation activities.
Monitors and reports risk status and trends.
Presents the TechOps Site IT Leadership Team with a compliance and risk status on a TechOps site level and where appropriate gains leadership’s support for remediation activities or projects.
Escalates IGM related concerns or challenges faced within the TechOps Site organisation to the TechOps Site IT Management organization.
Skills:
Very good understanding of IGM framework in TOQ IT
Expertise and knowhow of Novartis, specifically of TOQ on a site level
German and English is essential
