Aufgabenbeschreibung:Für unseren Kunden suchen wir für UK einen IT Service Delivery Lead.
Essentially, the role is responsible for the maintenance & continuous improvement of the infrastructure environment, the delivery of on-site user support & the deployment of infrastructure projects to the sites. An important part of the role is to be a key link between central infrastructure (Core Services) teams and the local site Business Partnership Manager.
Anforderungen:
- ITSM knowledge and experience, core processes being Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, Release & Deployment in the infrastructure area
- File&Print services / Client (Desktop env) Win10/Win7, ServiceNow
- Fundamental technical understand of networks (WAN/WLAN/LAN), DNS and DHCP services (no need to be technically qualified or deeply technical)
- General IT understanding and knowledge of computer room management (UPS, servers, backups, storage, racks)
Work at both locations (Slough and Dublin) is necessary, about 50/50. Willingness to travel between these locations necessary.
