Stellenbeschreibung:
- Voice engineer position- Assist on a daily basis the VoIP solution manager with troubleshooting tickets and system maintenance/administration tasks within the VoIP area (IP PBX and related applications).- Conduct VoIP Implementation by using his unique and special knowledge of ALCATEL-LUCENT's OMNIPCX Solution to ensure successful design, development and support of the OMNIPCX and other Enterprise communications applications.- Provide technical leadership in technical solution/installation/design- Execute standard interoperability test as well as functional testing on a regular basis to ensure system operation- Install, configure and maintain an OmniPCX Enterprise in a standalone or network configuration

Erforderlich:
- VoIP Implementation by using his unique and special knowledge of ALCATEL-LUCENT's OMNIPCX Solution- Work on problems of moderate to wide scope and moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors -Fluent english is a must- Capture the business requirements and architecting a solution with cutting edge technology trends,
