For our client, operating in the energy sector in Würzburg, we are currently looking for an “IT Service Manager (m/f)“ described below:Responsibilities:
• IT Service Management of all Grid Construction applications, Business Connector applications for grid construction, maintenance, planning, collaboration, etc. and their interfaces.
• SPOC for BIT Service Management Units, GLOBE Application Management and IS-U Support
• Responsibility for steering and monitoring of incident, problem tickets and handling their KPIs
• Update and maintain databases like ITERAPLAN, uCMDB
• Collaboration with HPE/DXC
• Coordinating Service Enabling tasks (= hand over activities of project results to production).
• Handling, steering of call-off orders initated by German BUs
• Assure and adopt IT operational handbooks, design operational concepts.
Requirements:
• KnowHow in using Service Now (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management)
• Advanced SAP cross-module experience and SAP Solution Manager Skills
• Knowledge in HPE related Tools like HPSM (Service Manager), HP Propel Request Management, UCMDB, SAP Logon.ini.
• Using/Update autotesting procedures grid construction processes via Tricentis Tosca Testsuite
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, negotiating skills, the ability to get things done
• ITILv3 Foundation certification and good knowledge in the practical use of the service processes
• Good organizational abilities
• Work under pressure and consistently act in a customer and service oriented manner.
• Language expertise meets the requirements: German (fluently) and English (fluently).
• Profound SAP Knowledge, especially SAP SD, CS, CO, PM. Basic understanding of ABAP
• Solid experience in working together with different stakeholders (SAP Application Management, IS-U Application Management, BIT Service Management, HPE, etc.)
