Salesforce Technical Architect

We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

Position Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities:
- Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
- Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications.
- Oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work.
- Participate in and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer.
- Manage development designs across multiple projects to meet project and customer required timelines.
- Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
- Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within the company, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
- Assess/evaluate client requirements against existing programs, scope of project, manage project plan and schedule.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
- Responsible for managing client expectations and championing their needs.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- English Fluent, German is a plus.
