For one of my clients in Frankfurt I am currently looking for a Business Analyst (m/w) to support the engineering design, development and test process for Skype for Business.Tasks:
- support of the specific engineering and development tasks to enable SfB PoC in branches
- engaging with the deployment and production management specialists responsible for the delivery of 'UC' services
- support and maintenance of the UC DEV, UAT and Production environments
- working closely with other channel/technical specialists and Lead Architects from within the End User Technologies group as well as security and compliance specialists
Skills:
- Experience as design engineer and in support of Lync/Skype for Business , Windows Server and MS SQL environments
- Experience with Microsoft, Avaya and Cisco UC products
- Preferably knowledge in H323/SIP, AD, LDAP , XMPP and networking protocols and associated services
- Knowledge of Voice/Video and IM protocols and services
- Understanding of PBX, ACD, CTI, IVR and VoIP technologies
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design, implementation and operations
- English (must) and German (can) languages
- Englisch fluent
- German fluent
