A global organisation is looking to expand its thriving team with the addition of an experienced freelance Developer (m/f) for Splunk & SIEM . As Developer (m/f), you will be responsible for developing SIEM content, defining requirements for Splunk, and writing complex searches/correlations in Splunk.
We're looking for a candidate who has expert knowledge mainly in Splunk and SIEM.
What skills should you have?
- Developing SIEM content (use cases, reports, network & asset model management, dashboards, rules/logic, documentation, process establishment)
- Good experience with Splunk and preferably Splunk Enterprise Security
- Good experience is writing complex searches/correlations in Splunk
- Some IT Security background (understanding security risk, threats, vulnerabilities, security policies etc.)
- Knowledge of the threat landscape, adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures, general attack stages, kill-chain and attack types
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German language skills desirable
- Valid working permit for EU
