Unix administrator 6 month rolling contract based in Munich must speak German
Unix as primary skill, with Senior Windows Server Administrator as secondary skill. The candidate must have main working experiences related to his primary knowledge. Additionally, he/she should have technical knowledge on the secondary, in order to be available in a flexible approach to cover multiple task in several environment.
Primary Knowledge
Deep knowledge in Solaris and Linux -Server
Script and Shell Programming
Mastering Cluster Technologies (Sun Cluster, Veritas Cluster)
Virtualization techniques (SUN LDOM, Solaris, Container, XEN, KVM)
Knowledge in WebSphere MQ, MQFTE, Message broker
Secondary Knowledge
Deep knowledge of operating system OS W2k8, W2k8 R2, 2012 and 2016 Server
Knowledge of current Windows Server Hardware
Strong Knowledge of VMWare and Citrix
Strong MS SQL Server und SQL DB
MS Windows Cluster

Support and Monitoring
Test support for change and projects
Incident Management (ITIL)
Change Management
2nd and 3rd level support
Problem Analysis and solving
Performance- and Capacity Management of Systems
Incident- and Problem handling as well as organization and implementation of technical changes
Contribution to projects covering implementation of new Application Systems
Integration of Application Systems into high-availability solutions
Production assurance, integration of Application Systems into central Monitoring- and Security services
