Quality Manager

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Quality Manager to join their business in Germany.

Position Title: Quality Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2017
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Germany

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all QM measures
- Coordination of all measures and activities to improve the QM system
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of procedures and procedures for quality assurance in the areas of operation centers and field services
- Detection, investigation and evaluation of weak points as well as initiation and monitoring of corrective measures
- Carry out risk-potential analyzes
- Analysis of the causes of process disturbances
- Analysis of process interfaces to other organizational units
- Monitoring process compliance through internal process audits
- Systematic analysis of operating data as the basis for process improvements
- Participation in the description and documentation of processes
- Further development and optimization of production processes
- Initiation and support of process and quality improvement projects
- Identification and evaluation of process characteristics
- Development of strategies for process availability and process assurance
- Identification of optimization potentials in the process management system
- Improve process security
- Moderation and implementation of quality circles and CIP projects
- Participation in external quality boards
- Reporting to the management

Qualifications:
- Technical university degree / Fachhochschulabschluss in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology
- As an alternative to the above, expected long-term practical experience and / or quality management experience within the relevant technical task area
- Experience in quality management of an external service organization or a central function in the telecommunication environment would be an advantage
- "Six Sigma" qualification would be an asset
- Ability to employ, motivate and integrate employees in an optimal, result-oriented manner according to their qualifications and potentials
- Ability to translate business requirements into efficient processes and to act as advisors
- Good knowledge of German safety regulations as well as working basic knowledge
- Very good communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills
- Solve conflicts of conflicts efficiently and purposefully
- Thorough and methodical work
- Strong business and customer orientation
- Trained ability to share knowledge and actively contribute to sharing experiences and skills and developing a learning work culture
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
