You will be Managing the Project team associated to a geographical area/city inside a customer region
Lead and manage the area/city in all operational and financial aspects
Ensure the delivery of the programme as per contract with the Customer
Key Tasks:
Overall area/city responsibility
Tracking of Budget, Costs and GM
Develop the Project Program according to the contract
Define the project targets according to the contract and agreed with the Customer (total and broken down to monthly/weekly targets)
Manage and instruct the project team and control progress
Regular meetings with the area/city project team for status and information exchange
Management of the Subcontractors in line with the programme
Participation in Supplier Review Meetings
Ensure the Program delivery towards the Customer including Acceptance
Regular management meetings with the customer to drive and report on the progress
Participation in Activation area/city Meetings (preparation, D-day, CPO check)
Report as needed per contract and requirements inside our project
Interface with all needed Nokia organisational units to ensure proper project progress

10 years' experience in delivering high volume projects in telecom environments
Experience in managing teams (20 people)
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent MS Office Know How
Good understanding of Project Management Guidelines and ability to implement them in the project.
Strong decision-making and management skills
