Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Technical Consultant (m/w) Migration Lead Cisco/Avaya to Skype for Business in München/Remote
Gesuchtes Profil/Gesuchte Fähigkeiten:
Migration Lead (Focus Avaya):
MLs are the single point of contact on side for a given site. They are working on multiple smaller or fewer lager sites at the same time. They are end-to-end responsible for their site and the activities required and will work with the provided migration timeline checklist and migration plan to ensure their site can be migrated without issues. Problems can and will escalated as early as necessary to the Program/Project Lead.
Usually a site will be migrated in the following way:
Analysis (Collect all required data to describe the CMO. Understanding of the legacy infrastructure is requred.)
Planning (Use collected data to define FMO and plan for CMO->FMO)
Implementation (Execute the plan)
General (Documentation)
Minimum requirements/experience/skills:skills:
Deep Avaya know-how (e.g. GW configuration, Avaya Aura Contact Center, EC500, AES, Modular Messaging Mailbox, Call Flows...)
Deep Skype for Business know-how
Hands-on experience with AudioCodes equipment/software (e.g. EMS, M1KB, MP, HD)
Telephony/Carrier know-how
Nice to have:
additional Cisco GW/configucation know-how and experience

Auslastung: 100% Fulltime
Einsatzort: Remote(most of the time), Munich (Test Environment), Onsite activities need to be possible for critical migrations
Deliverables: Migrate 133 sites worldwide from Cisco/Avaya to Skype for Business Rollout and rollout the respective hardware
Projektsprache: Deutsch +Englisch in Wort und Schrift
