- Application Support
- Update and Upgrade Systems and Applications
- Implement and maintain Monitoring
- Backup Knowledge
- Windows Server Support and Maintenance
- MS SQL knowledge
- VmWare Knowledge
- Network Knowledge
- Active Directory

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Systems
- Analytical mindset needed
- Knowledge of Wireshark, Power Shell Scripting
- Strong Microsoft SQL Knowledge
- Customer facing, friendly and accommodating
- Initiative driven
