Tätigkeitbeschreibung
• Translate the technical build sheets from IBM into commercial sales services
• Prepare a commercial quotation based on the sales services and obtain internal sign-off in a timely manner
• Align the technical details of the build sheets with the service managers and DCC organisation
• Clarify the missing technical information in the build sheet and ensure good quality
• Align the commercial topics and assign them to the correct cost units within the organization

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure Services
• Basic commercial and sales knowledge (e. g. through BWL studies, technical PMO etc.; to know for example what is an offer, a gross margin...)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools / MS Excel
• Basic IT operations and network skills
• ServiceNow knowledge nice to have
• German and English fluency (both written and orally)
