I am looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant for a 12-18 Months support assignment to be based in Germany.
Requirements:
- The consultant should be Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Certified HCM Consultant (ECC 6.0 EHP5)
- Should have 7 plus years of Expertise (Implementation and support experience) in SAP PAYROLL/HCM
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors Modules.
- Analytical ability to investigate the Root cause for the functional issues and fix within the timeliness and meeting the SLA's.
- Extensively worked on Demo build request as per the client requirements in SuccessFactors and HCM providing solutions within the timeliness and meeting the SLA's.
- Extensively worked on ECC 6.0 Version, 4.7EE, SF Employee Central
- (Highly recommended) Process payroll for UK, Germany, Canada and China.
