Technical Support Analyst. One of my clients in Frankfurt, Germany is looking for a German speaking Technical Support Analyst for a 12 month contract.
The Technical Support Analyst will have:
- Good German native/fluent language spoken associate (Must have)
- Should be proactive in monitoring and highlighting challenges
- Basic knowledge on Unix and SQL
- Previous experience in handling production support projects
- Strong communication and soft skills
- Problem solving and good
