SAP SD MM WM Consultant (M/F) - NRW (12 Months)
The external consultant advises in the area of Manufacturing/Warehousing/Quality Management of the business ONE!GSC Horizon project phase 5 and the SUN process and system integration.
He/she consults in the following areas, bringing in strong technical expertise (system know-how):
logistics processes (SAP R/3; SD; WM; MM) and end-to-end business processes such as
* delivery processing (inbound, co-packing, replenishment and customer delivery)
* Transport planning (OTM; TMS)
* transport execution (carrier determination, shipment processing) and transport equipment management
* warehouse operations and logistics cost settlement (precalculation)
* EDI concepts
* Pallet management
He/she provides process as well as technical SAP expertise and offers consulting within project phase 5
* Consults business work streams on Master Data validation and Master Data mapping for Logistic execution relevant Master Data Objects
* Consults on how they can implement and apply the technical provided processes to cover specific business and country requirements by supporting the A&D phase to define possible gaps during SAP implementation, including the Transfer of the result and aligning with project team the next steps
* Advise on Key User Trainings
o Development and/or updating of training material
o Planning and execution of trainings for the key-users with the new SAP processes
o Prepare Key Users for User Acceptance Test
o Prepare Key Users for Cutover
* User Acceptance Test
o Advise on test case generation
o Advise local key users and end users during testing activities
o Advise in finding suitable technical solutions in case of test issues and coordinate ticket resolution process with local organizations and IBS
o Escalation in case of issues
* Cutover and Go-Live
o Advise local key users in preparing and executing all cutover relevant activities
o Steering and advising the key users (partially onsite) during and after going-live with the new processes and system
* Hyper Care
o Advise local key users in escalating issues during hyper-care
o Advise with post go-live trainings and Q&A sessions
o Check problem reports written during hyper care and advise how to solve problems and how to find proper technical solutions
