For a 12 months project in Munich/Germany, we are looking for a Support Engineer for printing devices.
Main duties will be:
3rd Level Support: Ticket analysis, Troubleshooting, and work out solutions/fixes
Skillset should include:
Common understanding Enterprise Networks DHCP/DNS/Firewall. Common understanding of printers, MFP's (Multi Function Printers), Printer consumables. Good knowledge's of up-to-date Samsung and Lexmark printer- and MFP's products. Printer/MFP Configuration: Lexmark Markvision; Samsung SyncTru/FleetManager. Multi-year experience in SafeCom
