Our client is currently looking for a Consultant (m/f) IAM Operations External / Internal Identity Service for a IAM-project in Cologne.

Project Description:

  • Operations of Forgerock Platform for B2B and B2C
  • Handling 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Incident & Problem Handling
  • Change planning and implementation

Skills:

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management Platform from ForgeRock
  • General Service Management knowledge (i.e. ITIL Foundation or equal)
  • Knowledge of 2nd and 3rd Level Support
Required languages: good written and spoken German and English

Location: Cologne

Duration: 01.02.17 till 30.06.17
