2. Production Support Experience with Problem and Change Management
3. Proficient in German and English - Verbal Communication with users will be German and documentation will be in English
4. Able to resolve tickets, Manage CRs, Generate MIS like ageing tickets, open backlogs
5. Duration: 6 months starting February
Responsibilities:
o Provide functional assistance for SAP
o Provide first level support for key users
o Manage change requests with low complexity
o Create documentation and process guides
o Survey batch jobs
o Provide data management for key users
o Manage request monitoring system
