Business Analyst - Telecoms
We have a 6 month contract based in Dusseldorf for an experienced and professional Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecoms domain. The Business Analyst will have fluent German proficiency in both Speaking & Written communication as well as proven experience of facing business users, Driving requirement workshops, and implemented requirement management/requirement governance processes in 1-2 projects/accounts.
Mandatory skills:
- Over 12 years' experience in telecommunication domain
- Proven experience of facing business users, Driving requirement workshops, and implemented requirement management/requirement governance processes in 1-2 projects/accounts.
The candidate must have worked in one or more of the following products as hands on implementation:
- SalesForce
- Sigma
- Callidus
- Pega
- BigMachines
The candidate must have implemented any or multiple of the above COTS products for 5 or more telecommunication clients
Clear understanding of the areas of:
- Lead and opportunity management
- Order 2 Cash/Order Management
- Order fulfilment
- Sales Incentives Management/Commissioning
- Campaign Management/Next Best activity
- Online Sales & Service
Candidate:
- Fluent German proficiency in both Speaking & Written communication
- Aware of telecommunication standards such as eTOM, TAM & SID
- Team player and comfortable to work in on-shore-offshore model.
- Support the testing team for review & sufficiency
Optional Skills:
- Be aware of the best practices for the COTS products he/she has used previously.
- Be able to work in multiple areas in different projects .
