Create BRS for required document migrations and support Cube/Claws - Filenet integration
Assist the requirement specifications and support the rollout of FileNet tool to new LoBs
Assist the Project Manager with monthly status reporting and project administration
Contracts and Purchase Orders including P2P (Procure to Pay System)
Support pilots and/or new rollouts (use case validation, user Support)
Support key workstream of the Digital Document Management project (E2E Business Process Management) as described within the approved Project Definition Document (PIDb)Erforderliche Kenntnisse
Experience with creation & maintenance of relevant project documents in line with PMLC methodology
Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Microsoft Project 2013
Knowledge in SharePoint and Project Management Cockpit
Experience to access request to Sharepoint & MSP
Very good German and English skillsBewerben
