I am currently looking for a transition manager (m/f).Your tasks
- Support the management team and taking care of all necessary organizational and IT processual changes, especially in the Netherlands due to the current and future sourcing models in this department and connected IT departments
- Manage the transition project as the project manager of this project. Beside strong project management capabilities, a particular focus is set on risk management / scenario thinking, communication with stakeholders, team integration and leadership
- Report and organize decision process for the project steering committee.
Your profile
- Proved experience as project manager in transition projects with comparable complexity and size. Prince 2 certification will fit to our project methodology.
- Proved experience in change and transformation management.
- Proved experience in managing a project with first generation outsourcing.
- Ideally experience in managing a project with provider to provider transition.
- Willingness to lead an international project team (Dutch/German will be appreciated).
- Commitment to take over responsibility for project results.
- Readiness to travel to Arnhem (The Netherlands) and Bayreuth (Germany) or other locations of TenneT in those countries.
- Readiness to communicate in English (business fluent) - German and Dutch will be appreciated.
- Flexibility, assertiveness, decisiveness, analytical thinking and self-organization will complete your profile
