Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen/zwei Mitarbeiter PMO/Financial Tracking (m/w) in Mannheim
Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Tandem-Modell – bestehend aus 2 Rollen die, bei Eignung ggf, auch mit einer Person besetzt werden kann.
Rolle 1 (PMO/Financial Tracking)
Umfeld/Aufgabe:
Complete Finance planning and tracking including monthly reporting of spend items and forecasting
Perform regular updates in several finance tools (xls, PERFORM ect.)
Strong Alignment with Project mgmt. and Work Stream Leads within the project
Alignment with local and global Finance department
Alignment with PMO department regarding finance tracking
Administration of contracts
Alignment with procurement department
Onsite requirements: All team members should be onsite in Mannheim 4 PD/week, extending to 5 PD/week for dedicated roles during migration phase
Actually no planned work over weekends for supporting partner roles.
Travelling: not more than 4 times/year max 3days to destination Basel, Madrid expected.
Skill:
5 years of relevant experience in multinational company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in workshop facilitation
Track record of communications roles in projects of similar complexity
Experience in IT projects required
Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with Google Suite (esp. GSites and G+ forums)
Rolle 2 (PMO)
Umfeld/Aufgabe:
Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans for assigned projects
Contribute to the development of project plans under the guidance of a Project Manager to develop future capability
Research and analyse options in relation to business cases and project deliverables to guide optimal decision making
Onsite requirements: All team members should be onsite in Mannheim 4 PD/week, extending to 5 PD/week for dedicated roles during migration phase
