We are currently recruiting for an SmartCare CEM Solution Architect to join their business in Germany.

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating with customer on SQM (Service Quality Management) solutions, Collecting and analyzing customer requirements for defining competitive product specifications for SQM/CEM (Customer Experience Management) system.
- Responsible for overall design of Huawei CEM solution to guarantee the competitive marketing strengthens of Huawei CEM solutions.
- Responsible for the design and implementations of organization, personnel, business process, SLA&OLA in CEM solution O&M system by joint cooperation with customers.
- Responsible for Huawei CEM solutions sales support.
- Responsible for project summarizing and global experience sharing in CEM solution project O&M system design.


Qualifications:
- Minimum or above Bachelor degree of Science certification in Telecommunications or Computer related Areas.
- More than 5 years working experiences in wireless network optimization, telecommunication CEM solution, data mining and modeling. The one who has successful CEM solutions sales experience will be preferred.
- Strong skills in OSS/BSS and has working experience in the following related areas such as OSS Development, Maintenance, Requirements Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Collection .
- Good communication skills and solution sales skills.
- Willing to take short time or long time overseas business travel, willing to work hard to promote personal capabilities.
- Excellent English skills, both in oral and writing.
