Onsite Support Engineer/SAN (Fibre Channel) - 6 month contract
Hannover, Germany
I am looking for a Support Engineer to work on customer site in Hannover, Germany. You will be providing technical support as a subject matter expert on Brocade hardware and software products, and will keep the product environments running smoothly for customers. You will diagnose and solve complex SAN technical issues and will work closely with the support management and account teams.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced Brocade certification specific to this role, and will be educated to BA/BS degree level. You will also have exceptional Brocade hardware and software knowledge. You should have strong experience in Brocade SAN/Fibre channel products and will ideally have experience working with financial services customers. You must have strong German speaking skills, and ideally be an English speaker as well. You should be flexible around travel to customer locations.
