MRI Manserv AG is actively looking for a ITIL Expert for one of our key clients.The ITIL Expert will be working fulltime / 5 days a week, 80% onsite and 20% remote. The position has a duration from November 2016 to June 2017.
Profile of the ITIL Expert:
•the business tries to achieve the best setup (Roles, Processes, and Tools) to operate and maintain a SOA based environment in a regulated environment.
•our client has launched a project to define exactly this which will start in Nov 2016 and they would like to apply industry best practices (mainly ITIL) to support the approach.
• you operate TIBCO platforms for customers, you have a strong knowledge of ITIL and you have a hands-on experience.
•we see this as a full time equivalent from Nov 2016 to Jun 2017
•TIBCO experience is a big advantage
Start: November 2016
Location: Switzerland, Geneva, (Swiss work permit or at least European passport)
