Identity and Assess Management, Access Security, Business Change, Banking. Tier 1 Investment Banking client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for an immediate contract requirement.
Essentially this consultancy team is focusing on the entire traded product list for the bank (as well as other areas), looking at Access Security right through the institution from front to back. It is ESSENTIAL you not only have Financial Services experience but Banking experience is key. The client is open to Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking etc., but 5+ years of banking experience is require in your recent commercial work.
You will be tasked with the following;

Review Access Management Issues, privileges, entitlements etc

Mapping out current business processes, target operating models and options to how to get to the finish line

Identification of likely hurdles to overcome and also any potential crossovers with other workstreams in the same programme and working with stakeholders to overcome
Please note;

This would not suit someone who has experience of only looking at access security from an IT/Technology perspective and any knowledge of SAP would be highly beneficial
You should feel comfortable working with business people and business projects on sensitive subjects such as privilege rights. Obviously the nature of this work is fairly sensitive and therefore you should have good consultative skills and gravitas to deal with any delivery and personality challenges ahead. An excellent opportunity for a long term project in this internal consulting team. The project has board level visibility and sponsorship.
